We absolutely love the location and love the layout of this condo. We spent the majority of our time on the beautiful L-shaped patio. Our two dachshunds came with us, and they also spent all of their time on the patio looking at the ocean and watching the walkers. It is steps from the beach, too! We will definitely be back. We stayed last year and enjoyed it sooo much that we made sure to book it again! We love the size of the condo and the location is perfect! It is a very short walk to the beach and to Pompano Joe's. Last year we were not able to use the balcony due to renovations, but this year we spent everyday on the balcony enjoying the ocean view. The only downside was the outdoor furniture seems to have a design flaw and each chair had pieces missing from the arm rests or were cracked where the screw holds the arm rest. We had a couple of very, very small issues when we checked in(no scissors in kitchen and no parking passes). I emailed the owner, and literally within half and hour she knocked on the door with a new pair of kitchen shears and parking passes. We were concerned about being across the street from the beach, but it was not a problem at all. There was a crosswalk in front of the condo and cars stopped to let you cross. Beach chairs and umbrella were included which amounts to a 250.00-300.00 dollar savings as well. We were very happy with the condo, location and the owners. Excessive dust covered all surfaces and vents and dog hair was on "clean" bedding. Furniture was terribly uncomfortable, so off season rentals with time spent indoors is not advisable. Had issues with broken televisions, missing remote batteries, an unheated pool, a broken elevator, and more. Most concerning, the front door sticks and requires strength to force shut. Fortunately the location and view from Crystal View was absolutely perfect, so we will try a different unit there in the future! ##### Jeremy J.
