The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. \*\*Bring your passwords for streaming services.\*\* Don't forget to log out when you leave. PARKING ⭐ Parking is available in the parking garage found behind the complex. As well as additional parking lining the back of the complex which are used on a first come, first serve basis. You will receive a temporary parking pass from the security personnel at the guard gate. 2 parking passes can be found in the kitchen upon entering the unit. Additional parking passes can be purchased with advanced notice for $15\. Please note the HOA of the Seascape Community does allow golf cart rentals, however the Golf Cart would use one of your parking passes and parking spots. BEACH SERVICE ⭐ Staying within the Seascape Community at Majestic Sun grants you access to 2,000 feet of beach. Bring your own beach chairs and equipment to relax on our Sugar Sand Beaches with breathtaking Emerald Waters! Or have a Beach Setup Service provide you with all the beach chairs and umbrellas you'll need! POOLS ⭐ There are two pools located at the center of the resort. One of these amazing pools is indoors which connects to the outdoor pool. Don't forget about the two hot tubs found on either side of the outdoor pool! You will be sent all amenity codes before check-in. This amenity is for guests 25+ years old only. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool. You are not permitted to add anything to the pools, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info. SECURITY ⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras and security personnel who monitor the resort and amenities. If you touch or tamper with the cameras or cause any disturbances, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages. PETS ⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave. BOOKING ⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed. CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT ⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST. EARLY ARRIVALS ⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST. KITCHEN ⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink. SMOKING ⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property. REFUNDS ⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control. The description of the property and condo were spot on and we were able to arrive and depart without issues. The condo was comfortable and well stocked. The décor was lovely and perfect for the seaside retreat. The indoor outdoor pool area was very nice and easily accessed. The property managers did an excellent job in sending instructions and details for hour stay. There is a well stocked grocery store to the east just a few minutes away by car to stock up on food and a gift shop in the lobby that has much to offer. Condo was extremely clean & the most fully stocked kitchen of any I've stayed. The owners truly thought of everything. The beach was a short walk across the street. The steps were a little steep especially for older folks. There was a ramp nearby but no handrail so it was a little hard to get down it but once by the water it was absolute perfection. The sunrises & sunsets from the balcony were breath taking every day. We saw dolphins on a few occasions as well.
