Those of you in town may have noticed some of the staging and prep beginning on-site this afternoon. This re-roof will begin on Tower 2 and then move over to Tower 1\. We expect 8-9 weeks, with two weeks off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that this project will extend into early 2026. \*\*This is one part of a lockout/combo unit and has a shared foyer door with a code. \*\*House Rules: There is free parking for one car. Right when we walked in we were greeted with such cleanliness and beautiful views from the windows. The bed was very comfy, the resort had a lot of amenities, and the location was perfect. View looks away from beach - but check out the roof top deck. Included garage parking was nice, grocery store, shops and several restaurants are a short drive away. Beware - this unit is managed by Vacasa (another rental agency) and response times to questions were slow, no option for early check-in, and charged for a later same day checkout.
