We needed a cheap stay this trip and it fit our budget. It is a bare bones condo. This is the size of a hotel room. No tables, no chairs, the TV is practically the size of a laptop. With that being said, who the heck sits in the room here. We were out enjoying Baytowne and Sandestin at a very cheap price and the location is perfect! This rental is for those that don’t plan on sitting in their room and worked fine for us. It’s a tight squeeze for 4. ##### Roy M.
