Step into this lovely 3 bed, 3 bath condo that is conveniently located next to the Baytowne Wharf, Baytowne Golf Course, Tennis Courts, and Marina. This ground floor condo boasts a spacious living room comfortable enough to accommodate 8 guests. The master bedroom features a King bed with its own bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed, while the third bedroom comes with two Queen beds. The kitchen provides an at-home feel with everything needed to cook up a fulfilling dinner for a family. Laundry facilities are provided in the unit. The backyard lake allows fishing without a license for catch and release, just need to bring your own pole. While staying in this unit, access is given to the Phil Hummel SOA pool that is heated year-round. The Turnberry neighborhood provides a quiet place to relax after spending time in the sun. As an added bonus, use of the golf cart is included in your stay, providing convenient and fun transportation for your Sandestin adventures!
