The condo was great. The only shortcomings were that there was no Keurig like shown in the pictures and parking. There were limited instructions on which level of the garage we should park on, which caused some minor confusion. ##### Martha B. The check-in experience was awful and continued all week.Was told thru text I wouldn't be allowed for early check-in, so check-in time was 4pm. I download the App as instructed and waited for the door codes to appear! After no updated on the App for over an hour I called "Vacation Haven" at 5pm. The young lady who answered the phone was helpful, but said it seemed they forgot to update the app and send me a text message regarding the door codes Once inside i tried to log into the WIFI with the WIFI address listed on the APP. Again, wrong information. So for the 2nd time in less then a hour I had to call to get the correct information.Day before we were suppose to check out the door codes were deactivated. Again, another call to Vacation Haven to explain to them i still have another day I'm paying for and to please active the door codes !If you are going to have a App to manage the property please make sure the information is correct. FYI the door codes never appeared on the APP Also, we could never get the outside building code / pool code to work so we always had to walk thru the garage to get to our room.little things would have made this stay a 5 star ! ##### John M. Reviewer Comments: This was our eleventh-year renting from VH. Disappointed that we did not receive parking or outside door code prior to arrival and had to call for them when we couldn't get in. All amenities listed in the email were on site and available for use by my family. Also, the facility location was amazing and within walking distance to many many fun attractions and white sandy beach fronts. A free shuttle service was offered and came in handy when we chose not to drive. This is a very clean and well kept facility. Loved it, Loved it ! ##### Robert B.
