Located in Woodland Shores, this unit is a quick 5-minute walk to the beach. Two pools, and two reserved parking spaces right at your front door, no elevators here! Quiet location with front and back patio and 2nd-floor balcony in the master bedroom. Two bedrooms upstairs, each with its own full bath. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the guest room has two full beds and there is also a half bath on the main level. Large 1300 square foot townhome. If you love Destin and want all the conveniences of a large townhome that’s only a short walk to the beach and don’t want to pay high prices and use parking decks and elevators this is the ideal family spot. Séjour de 7 nuits en juillet 2023 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Ashley S. 11 juill. 2023 Points faibles : Propreté #### Some issues When we arrived to the property, we turned the air to 70° and immediately had a flood in the dining room coming from underneath the mirror contacted property management they said they would send someone out they didn’t arrive until the next morning around 10 o’clock by that time I had had to mop Several times, placed multiple towels in front of the mirror to try to stop the flood it did not work told property management. They are the ones that suggested I put a towel there which I already had. They were supposed to bring us more towels the next day they never did , the description said that there was a pull out sofa there is not we were told by maintenance that we cannot turn the temperature below 72° or it would freeze up and it would cause it to flood. It was so hot upstairs that you could hardly stand to sleep, the refrigerator took almost 2 days to cool down and get our food cold. The railing on the stairs was loose and the safety rails going down were very far apart to where little children could get hurt, the dishwasher did not work it had water standing in the bottom of it and smelled horrible. I feel like this property was way over priced for all the problems that we had ##### Ashley S.
