Welcome to "IDEAL FAMILY RETEAT-MIRAMAR BEACH" where friends and family come on a beach vacation with friends and family to create memories! DETAILS: Fabulous, rental on Miramar Beach! "IDEAL FAMILY RETREAT-MIRAMAR BEACH" is designed specifically to interact and have fun with friends and family. It will take your breath away with incredible amenities and accommodations for 28 guests. With 9 bedrooms, and 8 bathroom, a private pool, and multiple scenic balconies, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves. The first floor is a perfect oasis for entertaining guests with open concept, fully stocked kitchen, breakfast bar and dining room for family meals. The living area has sliding door that opens directly to outdoor living area including poolside bar to enjoy a drink and grill for evening cook-outs while over-looking the pool. The outdoor living space has a large pool with ample lounge seating and a dining table is only step away from the Emerald Coast leaving you feeling lost in paradise. Additionally, the first floor has a comfy home theater equipped with a flat screen tv where you can watch movie to wrap up a fun day in the sun. And you can rest your head in the master guest rooms–– with a king beds and ensuite bath.
On the second floor, your kids will be excited to discover a fun bunk room with 4 queen beds and 2 twins. This is adjacent to the open game area for them to play and hangout. Connected is a second-floor balcony for additional space to relax with view of the pools. There are 2 more king ensuites and a king bedroom with shard bath.
The third floor hosts the remaining 4 guest rooms each with its own bathroom and luxury bedding to offer the highest comfort. This include 2 king ensuites, 1 queen en-suite, and a second bunk room with 2 set of twins bunk beds and it's own bathroom. There is also laundry on this floor. A covered balcony allows for an additional spot for guests to enjoy the view of sunsets and sunrises.

Nice Hose for large group

We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were large and house was well supplied. The walk to the beach was not far and there are little shops and coffee shops nearby. The pool is nice as well. Only problem was they scheduled pool maintenance during one of our 5 days. I think this would have been better on a day when the house was not occupied.

Great property

Spacious property with a nice pool and backyard area. House itself could use some minor updating, but nothing about it impaired our trip at all. Plenty of room, bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The extra dishwasher, extra refrigerator and extra laundry all helped our large group out. It’s a very short walk to the beach, and an easy private access with two beach chairs reserved. Overall a great trip, and I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Family Vaca

Good location in a community with short drive to more touristy places. Easy couple minute walk to the beach. Plenty big and got good use out of the pool due to a storm in the gulf. Two dishwashers and two refrigerators makes it easy for large groups. We had about half our family on this trip but will definitely look to book again as it’s big enough for large groups. Definitely worth considering if your headed to the area.

Great place to stay

We had a family gathering with an 18 month old through grandparent age, and found this house to be very convenient. It is only two very short blocks and a set of stairs to the beach (everyone in the area has to use these to get down to the beach). Pool is great, plenty of chairs, a table, umbrella. They have some folding chairs, a wagon and a few toys you can bring to the beach, and there is one umbrella and 2 chairs that the beach will set up free for you every day, reserved for the week. Kitchen is well stocked for large numbers of people, grocery and fish market close. Problems with the back sliding door, making it difficult to open/close, were being addressed while we were there. Management quick to answer, neighborhood was great.

Fragista Beach

Outstanding experience that was enjoyed by all 22 family members. Adequacy of sleeping arrangements was excellent. Kids had a great time in the pool. The beach was beautiful and easily accessed through a gated secure portal very close to the house. Downsides were overall cost for only 3 nights and property needed a deep cleaning but was beautiful. The outdoor kitchen/grill served us well but needed a good scrubbing before we used it. We left it better than we found it. Theatre Room was neat. Sliding door onto outdoor living area needs work.

We had a wonderful time. It’s a older home, but clean. It doesn’t have an elevator and with 3 stories it might be an issue for some people. Working with management was easy; they were very responsive. The walk to the beach was easy (about a 3 minute walk). We loved the pool, we spent most of our time at the pool. We also loved that the management team provided 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach for us. The internet wasn’t always reliable, if you plan to do work, it could be an issue.

Great house for staff retreat!

We hosted a staff retreat at the house, and it accommodated us perfectly! The great room is large enough to hold everyone (we had 18 adults and 5 kids) when we had meals together. But the property was also spacious enough to allow us to spread out if needed - tv roomb, pool deck, game room, balconies, etc. Communication with owners was great. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Extremely dirty photos don’t match actual conditions

We are extremely disappointed in this property. The photos don’t match the actual conditions. The home is absolutely filthy. All of the dishes were put away dirty, with food on them. Pots and bans were ruined and had food on them. Floors were disgusting. The property is tired and not well maintained. Lots of items broken. Pool area and yard have been neglected. Weeds everywhere and furniture is scuzzy and dirty. We left disappointed and felt that we had been mislead by the listing photos. If you want a nicely maintained home, stay somewhere else.

GREAT PROPERTY!

We had 4 generations of family in this house so having a 1st floor bedroom was awesome. The pool is a good size, clean and warm. It's great having a pool on property that was all ours! Plenty of pillows, towels, and to our surprise... beach towels! Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The icemaker in the kitchen was a great addition! Easy walk to the beach access . Be prepared for 20-25 stairs when you pack your beach stuff. Overall, we are thrilled with this property and would visit again.

Family Beach Vacation

My children, grandchildren and I enjoyed our vacation to Florida very much. The property was very close to the beach! Just a short walk away! The property had a wagon, and offered a company to rent a golf cart from! The only negative is that the floors were not clean and my little granddaughter's (2yrs and 4 yrs) feet would get so dirty! The house is HUGE and beautiful. The pool which is all fenced in, was very nice as well.

So grateful to have had this house

We were fleeing Hurricane Ida and were so grateful to the owners for letting us in early. They were so kind and helpful throughout our stay and even helped us find another rental because they were already booked beyond our stay. Having our dogs with us was such a gift- Hardly any time to get to the beach and enough room for many more than we had in our group- We wish we could have stayed longer.
