This cozy beach vibes condo has it all! My ground floor condo features two spacious bedrooms and 2 updated baths. The unit features a full size washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar. The large living room features beach decor and a sliding door leading to a peaceful patio with outdoor dining area. Other amenities include heated pool,beautiful grounds and a short 2 block stroll to the beach! The beach access is a city park that features ample parking, bathrooms/showers, lifeguards and handicap ramp. The "kids" bedroom had bunk beds and a day bed (with trundle underneath), and it was more than enough room for the three older kids. The master bed was comfortable and the room spacious enough to comfortably use a pack and play for our 1 year-old. The heated pool was steps away and a great alternative when we took breaks from the beach. On that note, the walk to beach was easy and there was more than enough parking nearby if we decided to drive. The condo came stocked with a beach tent, multiple beach chairs, and a good sampling of beach toys. The tent was perfect for our 1 year-old taking shaded naps on the beach. We had one very minor issue with the sliding patio door getting stuck, but Courtney responded quickly and a maintenance worker arrived shortly thereafter to resolve the problem. All communication before and during our stay was prompt and courteous.
