Located in Miramar Beach, the Hidden Dunes Beach & Tennis Resort is twenty-seven acres of secluded paradise. The Resort is masterfully designed, constructed and landscaped to enhance the natural beauty of the beaches and creates a rare sense of privacy within the popular Destin, Florida area. Once you stay here, it will be your favorite place to return to for years to come! This beautiful cottage has everything you need to make yourself at home during your vacation. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread out over nearly 1500 square feet and 2 levels, there is ample space for up to 8 guests! The bedrooms are comfortable and inviting, perfect for getting a good night’s sleep or for sneaking in that afternoon nap! The master bedroom has a king size bed, closet, and large private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Next to the second bedroom is the guest bathroom with hallway access. Large vaulted ceilings and a spiral staircase leads to the loft that overlooks the living area. This loft bedroom has two queen beds and its own bathroom. There are TVs in all 3 bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen looks out over the living area and has a window looking out to the porch, so even if you’re whipping up a meal in the kitchen, you’re still part of the action! There is a dining table with seating for 6, plus seating at the breakfast bar and out on the porch! Spend mornings and evenings enjoying the beautiful Florida weather on the screened in porch overlooking one of the community ponds and fountains! This resort has something for everyone in the family. Whether they love the beach, tennis, or walking trails, the resort’s amenities are sure to please! The beach is a short walk down the manicured walking trail or you can drive through the resort to the end and park closer to the beach (this parking is limited). 6 clay tennis courts are available at Hidden Dunes for a nominal fee. Hidden Dunes guests have access to multiple pools, a hot tub, and community grills. There is a private beach access reserved for Hidden Dunes guests! Plenty of space and privacy for my husband and I, two 18 yr old girls and two 21 yr old guys (really liked the loft area with two queen beds). We enjoyed the outdoor patio, easy walk to the beach, pools, and the gas grills among the shady setting in the outdoor space. It was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Needs to better list the items included with the unit, for example no coffee filters. No kitchen cleansers for surface cleaning. Beach chairs should be replaced. Small washer and dryer considering the amount people that can stay there. The decorating looks like a Hodge podge of stuff leftover from a southern living house party. Nothing fits, does not match, no theme. Just sort of there. For the price we paid, modern style and furnishings would be expected. It is clear 1990 is alive and well in this unit. ##### Mike L. We spent more time there than in any other area. We played cards, thank you for having them there, and we sat talked and made memories. We have stayed in this community twice before and it is a terrific spot. You are close to the pool and a short enjoyable walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and gadgets. I did buy a stock pot as we made a large batch of chili while there, so we left it for future guests. We were very appreciative that you had beach chairs, there were 3, so we ended up only needing to buy 2, and we left those as we had no room to take them back with us, but I am sure they will be enjoyed by future guests. I did mean to tell the management that the master bath shower water control does not work right and so the shower head leaks. The only suggestion I have is that the non stick frying pan looks to have had its finish worn/scratched off…so you may want to consider replacing that one. It's a short 5 minute walk to the beach with no traffic to worry about. This is a second floor property with steps (no issue at all for our party). Very clean, plenty of room and easily sleeps 10\. The home, resort, beach, everything was even better than imagined! Not a single negative thing to say from the whole family. The walk to the beach was one worry we had, but it really was a short and lovely walk, past a beautiful pond where the kids always wanted to stop to see the turtles. We even saw a few different food trucks during the day. A couple of times we also just drove a little closer within the resort and easily found parking right beside the beach.
