The living room offers beautiful views of the Gulf, an HD TV with Netflix, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a sleeper sofa. The dining table seats four with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has been fully upgraded with stainless steel appliances and equipped with everything you would need for a home-cooked meal. With all the comforts of home, you are sure to enjoy this beautiful beach getaway! The newly updated master king suite offers an HD TV, DVD player, and private bathroom. In the hallway, you will find additional sleeping in a bunk nook with two twin beds, perfect for kids. This vacation rental conveniently has a washer and dryer in the unit. This beach condo also features a private parking space in the garage to keep you away from the elements. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything. At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more! The condo was well appointed with everything we needed, and the location was great with good restaurants and a great beach. The only issue we experienced was a musty smell when we first arrived. We had a great time and got what we paid for so we were happy with that. We were at the beach mostly but if I ever needed anything the property staff was great. Wasn't looking for anything kid free but we were disappointed that there were way too many families with small children at this location and we had a very hard time using the pools. The location was perfect, our condo was clean and decorated nicely.
