Gulf Views-Short Walk 2 Beach-Resort Amenities

This stunning 4th floor Majestic Sun 409B vacation rental condo at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, FL is a one bedroom condo and features a private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and a luxurious master bedroom with a king size bed and an adjoined master bathroom. This condo is perfect for a romantic beach getaway as you can unwind on the balcony in the evenings and watch the sunset over the horizon or stroll down and take a relaxing walk along the pristine shores of Destin. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.


The living area offers a 60" HDTV and a brand new queen size sleeper sofa. An additional twin over twin bunk bed in the hallway is perfect for children or additional guests. This beautiful vacation rental condo can accommodate up to 6 guests and offers some of the best views on the beach.


At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. The property was in great shape very clean, we had a problem with the one toilet not wanting to flush the tank wanted to over flow, we let the office know and they fixed it that day,other then that we had a very relaxing time.

The view was absolutely breathtaking! We loved how easy it was to get to and from the beach everyday. The unit was modern, super clean, and homey. The chairs and umbrella were definitely appreciated to save us from paying the extra fees to rent them all week. We will definitely be back!

We spent 9 nights here and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo was exactly as described. The short walk to the beach was so convenient. The most relaxed vacation we have ever had. The view from the balcony was stunning. This will be our next go to when we visit again.🏖☀️

Overall my husband and I had a great time. Our unit looked just like the photos. Easy check in/check out process and perfect location to walk right to the beach. We did have some minor inconveniences including the faucet in the kitchen sink being jammed causing water to spray everywhere every time you used it which was annoying, the toilet paper holders need to be tightened in the bathrooms - the toilet paper was constantly falling off, and the remotes for the tv’s didn’t work unless you were right up on the tv. However, all of those things wouldn’t keep me from renting again. Our biggest complaint was the size of the outdoor pool. This rental is part of two very large condo buildings and the outdoor pool is simply not big enough for the amount of people who have access to it. It made it challenging to just relax in the water because there were so many kids playing and jumping, and there just wasn’t enough space. I also wondered how often the pool got cleaned because the water was dirty and foggy each time we were there.

This is a lovely condo and great place to stay. There are a lot of other families around in other condos but if you don’t mind hearing kids then that should be no problem. Would definitely recommend to others!

This is our first time staying at majestic sun and the property was great. Very clean, easily accessible, and good views. Seemed safe with easy parking as well. Also very prompt elevators compared to other places we have stayed. Only complaint was we felt we didn’t have all the info we needed in advance like the parking set up, codes to the facility doors (still don’t know), and check out instructions. Our host informed us their was a book with this info in our condo but we never found it. Also our 4PM check in was late and we didn’t receive our condo code check in till after 4PM. Overall even with minor complaints we would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay, location is fantastic. It was great to wake up to the view and sound of the ocean. In most mornings, we saw dolphins swimming and that was such a wonderful surprise.

From the point of booking the property manager was extremely helpful, prompt, and answered any questions we had. The room was ready early and when we walked in it was immaculate! Everything was spotless, there were plenty of towels and wash cloths available. The two beach chairs were also a plus! The views here are incredible and the staff that work at the property are very friendly! I would have no hesitation booking with this property or specifically this unit again! A+++ can’t say enough, thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay in 409B. We arrived to find easy music playing. Very nice touch. The unit was clean and equipped with kitchen basics. The balcony has a patio table and a small glider, and great views of the beach. There’s a washer/dryer unit in the extra bathroom. We used the beach chairs provided, saving us the expense of renting from the beach service. The unit is nicely decorated with modern contemporary furnishings. We had everything we needed here. We’ll absolutely rebook this unit for future getaways.

There was a chair with a big chunk of the upper back part missing. Another chair had a loose leg that probably would of caused someone to get hurt had I not picked it up to move it before sitting. The pull out couch bed was broke under the part that supports the mattress. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. The floor was nasty dirty. I put on white socks and within minutes the bottoms were grey. There was places were they tried to cover up issues (like cracked doors) and it was so badly done. Corner of coffee table was broke and badly repaired. People were running past our door yelling after all hours of the night and early morning. We smelled weed daily. People partying and yelling can be heard all over the property at night.

We do not normally like to stay in a high rise but this unit is on the 4th floor and was perfect. The unit was very clean and tastefully updated with very nice finishes. The store located on ground level was a plus. The automatic lobby doors were great when heading with all of your beach gear. The beach items located in the condo are more than generous to use for daily beach outings. I would highly recommend this unit!
