Step out onto the expansive balcony, which overlooks the sparkling community pool — the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset lounging. For your convenience, the unit includes a washer and dryer, as well as thoughtful touches throughout to make your stay feel like home. Pavilion Palms 203C combines comfort, style, and a prime location just steps from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf.

Pavilion Palms is a low-rise condominium community in Miramar Beach, Florida, offering a serene coastal retreat just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. Designed in a distinctive crescent shape, the complex provides panoramic Gulf views and direct access to a private stretch of sugar-white sand via a dedicated boardwalk. Guests have access to a beautiful community pool. Pavilion Palms' prime location places guests within walking distance of popular dining spots like the Surf Hut and close to shopping destinations such as Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Destin Commons, making it an ideal setting for a memorable beach vacation.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers a number of boutiques, and dining options.  
  
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017\. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Points forts : Propreté

Everything was perfect, beautiful place and just what we needed for our trip. So close to restaurants and shopping. Wonderful having beach just accross the street for those in group to come n go. Only thing I would suggest is a Keurig, no big deal though I brought mine. But they do have a coffee pot, I’m just lazy and like to use k pods for different teas, coffee etc. I would highly recommend this place and would like to plan to stay next year as all in group agreed.
