Shower door in master bathroom fell off, guest shower sprays water all over the floor, kitchen chair legs are bent and unsafe, and the balcony was full of broken glass. The place lacks amenities common to condos like Keurig, hair dryer, beach towels and chairs. We have stayed in other condos in this building. The rest of the condo needs some updating as the carpets are rather filthy in the living room/dining room area. When we arrived all the closets were opened as if the cleaning people were in a rush to get out. The hall bathroom tub was clogged. We reached out to the front desk and had someone there to fix it within an hour. Very convenient to the beach. The wait for the elevator was our least favorite part of the trip. ##### Maria P. Great views from the balcony. Nice layout with comfy furniture for the whole family. The kids have their own bedroom and bathroom. Tons of storage for a longer stay. We’d love to stay again next year. The pool was very warm every day without too many spring breakers. The beach is the nicest beach ever. Access from the building is convenient and having the chairs leaves you with one less thing to carry. Great place. Great service from the rental company. Stress free vacation. ##### Erin T.
