Condo was just as described, view was beautiful, we saw dolphins almost every day. The only thing I would recommend if you’re taking kids/family is to bring ziplock bags, Tupperware and maybe some paper plates. They have all glass dishes and zero Tupperware or baggies. Place was clean and perfect for our family of 4! Also- if you’re not renting chairs you’ll want to get down to beach early and get a spot! They enforce the private property beaches on either side, we saw a lot of people have to move and if you don’t get down early you’ll be stuck behind all the chairs people rent. Honestly hope to own there soon. This condo building is our favorite - so it's hard to not be happy there. However, this particular unit needs a couple of adjustments - the primary bedroom mattress is WELL PAST IT'S PRIME. And the bed frame feels very fragile (and I'm pretty petite). Thankfully, the king in the other bedroom was very comfortable. It was a great solution & thank goodness we booked a two-bedroom! The TVs are terribly dated - can't log into Netflix or HBOMax. I tried to ask about how to watch just regular TV for the Oscars (it was only saying HDMI3 on the screen no matter what I tried) - and that was a fail. And it was honestly a fail from the management company when I asked them about it - nobody honestly cared about helping that issue out at all. However, the views of the beach are amazing from the living room. The primary mainly has a view of the Southwards building next door, but the living room is great. Also, the tile in the primary shower is a little rough on the edges. However, the hosts were very accommodating when we requested a late checkout since we had an evening flight home. That was terrific. The condo came stocked with enough of the essentials that we were happy to not have to purchase - so that was really helpful! We just love Westwinds. This is a picture perfect ocean view without any obstructions because you are on the 18th floor. The balcony furniture is not so comfy but the view overrides that issue. This condo was clean and in a perfect location. We love West Winds and would definitely stay again in this same condo. If there was any thing to pick at, I would have to say that the Master bedroom mattress could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, we loved it! ##### Sande L. We were on 18th floor and the views were amazing. Elevators were smooth and hardly a wait. Beds were clean and comfortable. Easy walk out back of property straight to beach. Wouldn’t mind staying again. Nice pool and hot tub. Close beach access. Concession stand in pool area. Instructions were emailed. Some confusion with room code vs. code to front door and gate. Not property owners fault - just read instructions carefully. Could use some updating. Beach equipment there was not usable. Umbrella needs turn-screw for beach use. Chairs were partially broke. Only one roll of TP and one garbage bag for each room. Needed to buy more. No salt and pepper. We left some. Overall very nice and easy. Thank you! ##### Matt M. The unit advertises that it sleeps 6 (which includes a sleeper sofa for 2.) the sleeper sofa was completely broken on the first night when we arrive and we were never informed. The owners must've known this because we did locate an air mattress in one of the closets. However there were no linens for said sleeper sofa OR air mattress. When we contacted management company on the first night no one EVER got back to us the entire stay. The unit is not family friendly with every dish being glass and all the bare minimums on supplies. Huge disappointment for our family of 6. ##### Gina W.
