Access Credential Replacement Fees Guests are responsible for safeguarding any parking passes, wristbands, access fobs, or other credentials provided. Easily accessible to the beach, just walk across the street! Had beach chairs in the closet for use, as well as beach toys. Beautiful ocean view! We came to Miramar for the Moon Crush concert festival. Our building was a 10min walk to the concert, and right on the ocean! It was a nice location and my kids had fun in the indoor pool. Unfortunately the outside pool was incredibly cold and no one could ever swim because it was so cold so it left everyone to swim in the indoor pool where we couldn't enjoy the weather outside because all the kids were too cold. The cleanliness wasn’t to our standard, we needed to sweep and vacuum, as there was sand and hair on the floor. We had questions to ask and they always answered or got back to us right away. The Condo could use a nice fry pan. The ones they have are in bad shape. Other than that all was great. They had plenty of bath towels. Hand soaps, detergent and 4 dish washed tablets were supplied. Plus 2 small shampoos and soaps for bath were supplied They also had a roll of paper towels, new sponge, and 2 roll toilet paper each bath. It was very quiet and the view is fantastic. ##### Donna M. Property has everything you need. Beach is down the elevator and across the street. Building has two pools, one of which is indoor/outdoor, which is great during the summer sun to get a break or if it rains. Limited beach gear is provided by a third party, which is delivered to the unit, not the beach, so keep that in mind.
