111 S Driftwood Bay Unit #123 is a charming ground-floor villa located in the heart of Seascape Resort. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat comfortably sleeps six guests and features a spacious open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, and a screened-in patio overlooking a peaceful pond. With the beach just 50 steps away and one of the resort’s five pools only 20 steps from your door, you'll be perfectly situated for a relaxing coastal escape.  
  
Parking is located right outside the unit, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. Inside, the primary suite features a spacious closet and an updated en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom, located near the front entrance, is furnished with two twin beds and offers convenience to the hall bathroom. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to whip up a gourmet meal and offers updated appliances and breakfast bar seating. The living area features comfortable seating and sliding glass doors leading to a screened-in porch overlooking the pond.   
  
For your convenience, our charming condo offers high-speed WIFI and a brand new full-sized washer and dryer.  
  
Seascape Resort is a premier destination in Miramar Beach, known for its stunning coastal views and incredible resort-style amenities. The resort spans 300 acres and features an 18-hole championship golf course, tennis courts, bike trails, and multiple dining options. Just minutes away, you'll find the popular Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Grand Boulevard, and The Village of Baytowne Wharf, offering everything from boutique shopping to waterfront dining and family-friendly entertainment!  
  
CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
