Condo had everything we needed and was spacious enough for our 8 person family. The only minor issue we experienced was the upstairs neighbors children running back and forth across the floors the entire time. As a mother of five children, I understand the excitement of being on vacation. Again this was a minor issue and certainly not a concern directly connected to the condo. Beach access is conveniently located right across the street. Please be mindful, if you are traveling with a wagon, like we were, there are two flights of steep stairs that you will need to carry the wagon down. Winn Dixie, Chick Fil A, Silver Sands outlets, and Starbucks are right down the street. Felt really safe in this area. Absolutely loved the home, the location, and the walk to the beach. There is absolutely nothing I can say negative about the property itself. Even the security staff was friendly, helpful, and just awesome. The only complaint I have is that you only get one parking spot and there is no other guest parking on site.
