Welcome to your getaway at Surfside Resort 708! This condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with sleep accommodations for up to 8guests. There is a king bed in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 Twin Bunkbeds. Finally there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Watch amazing sunrises and sunsets from the furnished balcony while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to a full-course dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. There is a desk area set up as well if you have to work during your stay! There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Grab a bite or a drink at the Tiki Hut near the pool or follow the sky bridge that connects you directly from the pool area to the beautiful sugar-white sand beach! Surfside Resort is located next to the Seascape Resort and right across the street from beautiful the Gulf of Mexico! The sky bridge connects you directly from the pool area to the sugar white beach. Located just down the street from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall as well as a variety of different restaurants. Surfside offers a large pool on the second floor, a children’s pool, two whirlpools, as well as pool side showers. With plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and a Tiki Hut that is open during the season, this a great place to relax and soak up the sun! For those guests looking for more activities to do during the day, Surfside offers two tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, and a fitness center. Surfside is also located right next door to the Seascape Golf Center, very convenient for golf lovers! Sport fishing is just minutes down the street at the Destin Harbor with some of the best fishing around. You will find Surfside has everything you could want in a resort to make your vacation memorable!

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.  
  
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017\. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
