There are two pools with gated access, both landscaped with tropical foliage, and one is heated and located right on the beach! The complex has 3 grills guests can use- two gas grills and one charcoal grill. Whether you spend your day floating on the waves of the Gulf just steps away, lounging in the calm waters overlooking the white sand and emerald water, or lazing in the more protected pool on the north side of the complex, you are sure to love this complex. Bed Set Up: Master Bedroom: King Bed Guest Room: King Bed Living Room: Sleeper Sofa Area Attractions: Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers several boutiques, and dining options. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. The only negative (very small) was the dysfunctional coffee maker, that needs to be replaced. Every other amenity and property feature was exceptional. I was sad to see that this property will stop accepting pets in September, otherwise would stay there again in a second. But when we travel, our small dogs come with. A few issues came up during our three months stay and Becky was very quick to fix them and respond to these few minor issues. I recommend a thorough cleaning of the unit as the floors , and under the bed were dusty and and full of dust bunnies. Some new cooking pots would be helpful as one was burnt when we checked in. Overall I recommend this rental for the heated pool and closeness to the beach. ##### Elisa B. SĂ©jour de 10 nuits en dĂ©cembre 2018 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Peggy W., Nashville, TN 19 nov. 2018 #### average, not great the property itself was great but this condo was not the best. we rented 2 condos on the 4th floor and the other was much nicer for around the same price. the mattresses in each room were old and very uncomfortable and there were a few other issues such as the jacuzzi tub had black mildew that came out when we first turned it on, batteries that had corroded in one of the remotes, etc. We did leave this info on the checklist for the manager when we left. The property was very nice, great elevators, quiet and not as crowded as other areas and great location to the beach, nice pools, etc. ##### Peggy W.
