Our stay was due to a family emergency so we did not get to enjoy the nice amenities. The condo was very nice and had plenty of room for our family of 5 adults & 1 teen. Thoroughly enjoyed the back patio during our down time. The unit could use better cleaning before guest arrival. Found dirty unwashed dishes in the cabinets. Just very basic surface cleaning had been done. Floors still had a lot of sand & food particles under dining table. Glass dining table had grime on it. No bath mats in bathroom. No pillow cases for extra pillows. Pull-out bed in sofa couch was broken at the head area & had to sleep diagonally. It was great having a washer & dryer. Light bulb over washer & dryer was burned out. Did not report to the office because we were there visiting a Hospice patient and were so busy dealing with that. We loved the 12 cup coffee maker because we had many family members drinking coffee. We enjoyed our stay. We liked the ground floor experience very much. Peaceful In the golf villas. Not terribly far from the beach. Was about a 15 min walk to the beach, just be mindful when carrying lots of things. Very quiet and relaxing location. Easy check in and out process.
