Plenty of seating and space for my family to fit comfortably, and the location was directly inside of the gate, so it was extremely easy to navigate our way around. The neighborhood was also very quiet and felt extremely private. The main downside is only being provided 1-2 uses worth of kitchen/bathroom items…I feel with a week long rental a weeks worth should be provided. So just make sure to bring hand soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper…etc.The golf cart was different than pictured, but we had absolutely no issues with it whatsoever. About an hour after we checked out we realized we had left something in the property, and all it took was a quick phone call to the management company for them to give me a single use code to access the house. The porch and patio were great for evening gatherings. We enjoyed the use of the golf cart to get to and from the beach. This home was very clean and gave every beach vibe needed! It came with beach chairs and toys for the kids as well as a necessary amenities, including the golf cart that you will need to better access everything the resort has to offer, including beach access! We were very pleased with them home and the community. The only thing I’d recommend would be that the golf cart be upgraded to a 6 seater since our party was for 5 persons and the home rooms 6 persons. Also, the washer and dryer was were not full size and therefore can’t wash more than a few items at a time. We would definitely book again in this community! ##### Lupe H.
