Entrance to the condo was easy. Customer service were polite and had maintenance address the air conditioning issue in the unit when we arrived. It was nice to have access to laundry inside the condo. The unit itself needs updated and could have been cleaned better. I dropped some detergent on the floor and when wiping it up, the paper towel was dirtier than it should have been. Property manager promptly sent repairman but he was unable to fix it due to needing to order a part. Property manager was non responsive to update the status after repeated texts. A little disappointed and an inconvenience that the dryer didn’t work. We only took so many clothes because it said the unit had a washer/dryer I called to let them know someone can but was unable to fix it so we had to find a laundry mat which was a big inconvenience. Resort is VERY nice, we felt super safe and the pool and being on the beach was exactly what we were looking for! We have little ones so we drive through the night so the 4pm check in was really hard on us but other than that everything was perfect and the one day we had issues they were addressed immediately!
