Golf Carts: Beach Reunion features a modern fleet of six passenger golf carts, all 2023 & 2024 models! Lithium Ion batteries with a 25+ mile run time on an overnight charge! It’s as easy as “Yes Please” and We’ll Charge the Card on File and Deliver by 1 PM on Check In Day! Reserve Today and Save!

VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Margarita Machine: Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering. Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:
Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

This home only rents Saturday to Saturday only during Spring Break and Summer months.

No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children and families.

Weddings/Events – Are not permitted at this home due to the rules and regulations of the HOA.

Tents/Canopies –Not permitted on the beach, per the HOA regulations.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway; one in the front and one around the back. Additional parking is available across from the driveway, in the parking bay.

Pros: Centrally located, spacious, gated friendly community, located adjacent to public poolCons: maintenance let themselves in without permission (once we left for an excursion) to retrieve a portable AC unit, top spread on all of the beds were very stiff and over bleached and could use a thicker one, Hot water heater was out from Monday evening through Wednesday afternoon ( quick response as it needed to be replaced) however, still a great inconvenience, immense pressure to rent golf carts Overall, I would stay again with some minor adjustments/ accommodations.

Our family stay in this beautiful home was eveything. The little hiccups that we had were managed quickly and quietly to where we didn't even notice that they were there. The pool was refreshing and very convenient and the easy access to the beach and other walking areas was nice. My family really enjoyed staying here.

The home was beautiful. Very welcoming and warm. When we arrived and did our check in walk through we did notice some trash under few beds but overall is was clean. Pool was a little smaller than expected but 6 kids in our family still had a blast. The layout was perfect for our family size. The beach rental credit was plus. Communication with management was great responding to questions and concerns in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing value & location!

This is a perfect property for groups of friends and families. While not ‘fancy’, it feels very homey and is well laid out. The king suites are great for everyone to have their own privacy, and the multiple gathering spaces (one on the main floor, one on the middle, one in the large top floor bedroom, plus two balconies) mean we never felt crowded or on top of one another. The main floor couch was the most comfortable I’ve ever sat on, beds were comfortable as well. The pool area is not huge and only gets sun for part of the day, which may or may not work for your family. The outdoor half bathroom has a glass door without a curtain which was a little weird, but the two women in our group just used the indoor bath. Location near the beach was excellent, neighbourhood felt very safe. There were a couple maintenance issues which unfortunately were not fixed while we were there, but they were small / did not interfere with our trip, and the communication from the property manager was good. Overall, we would absolutely return to this property.
