Our luxury beachfront home has five bedrooms, five and one half bathrooms and a private 5' X 15' splash pool overlooking the beach. The house features an upscale large living room, granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and hard wood floors throughout the second and third floor. This home features 40' wide balconies overlooking the sparkling waters of the Gulf on every level. All 3 outdoor levels provide seating and dining options. Step into this spacious home to discover hardwood and travertine floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The first floor features a king bedroom with private bath and a warm inviting living area with comfortable furnishings, a 60” flat screen TV, wet bar, a queen sleeper sofa and access to the splash pool. The second level hosts the main living area furnished with another 60” flat screen TV, a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen, a dining table with seating for eight and a breakfast bar with additional seating. The master suite with a king-size bed and 50” flat screen TV, a sleeper sofa and a private master bathroom provide the perfect place to retreat at the end of the day. There are three additional bedrooms with their own bathrooms on the third floor. The third story master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a queen sleeper sofa and a 50” flat screen TV. This room overlooks the beach with a private balcony. A secret bunk room (2 twin beds) with a 30” flat screen TV is located outside the master bedroom providing a kid’s retreat. There is a queen bedroom with a private bathroom and a 40” flat screen TV and an additional king bedroom with a private bathroom with a 30” TV on this floor as well. Perfectly situated on the east end of Destin (Miramar Beach) the Frangista Beach community is the perfect location for your next visit to Destin. With Miles of Sugar white sand and crystal clear water, beach side living simply doesn’t get any better. This house was a wonderful experience for our family reunion group of infants to grandparents! The house was clean and the manager even checked on us several times to make sure all was well. I casually mentioned that our bathroom plug wasn’t working and the shower light would work randomly. The manager immediately responded with the time frame the electrician would be over. He fixed it quickly. Also since it was the 4th of July holiday week the manager sent fireworks schedules for the surrounding areas. Watching the fireworks on the 4th, on the beach just steps from our private entrance was just perfect. The Emerald Coast is magical on a regular day but the 4th of July celebrations made us all appreciate the efforts made by all those who put on the best shows! The location is perfect! The house needs lots of maintenance and upkeep. Doors are pealing apart and dirty and floors are worn, All of the furniture could use replacing. The beds are very uncomfortable. There are stains on the chairs. This house had/has so much potential with some attention and upkeep. This spacious, well appointed house had everything we needed; fully stocked kitchen, 2 smaller fridges (one in kitchen, 2nd on lower level next to ice maker behind closet doors), beach /pool towels, washer/dryer, and comfortable furnishings inside and out. We saw dolphins swimming in the crystal clear waters a few times from the main floor deck. Private beach access and chair/umbrella service are invaluable, and contribute to the laid back relaxing vibe. Oh, and Dairy Queen is a 4 minute walk from the house on those nights your sweet tooth is calling. Knowing that Hector at Frangista Beach Properties is a call away in case an issue arises seals the deal. Can’t wait to return! ##### Christy W. The house was beautiful and roomy- held 10 people with ease. Beach location was good, but the entire street is condos, so be prepared for many people and umbrellas really close together on the beach. Location right off Scenic gulf is good but traffic is awful getting in and out of house. The house itself was nicely furnished and beautiful. The pool was not cleaned (full of sand) when we arrived, and on the Wednesday of our stay, pool people only dumped chemicals- did not "clean" the pool, so we were not able to use it. ##### Alicia J.
