Frangista Breeze features a private heated\* swimming pool with spa. It is a short walk to the private beach entrance. You can walk to local restaurants and shopping. Everything you need is so close that you may find a vehicle unnecessary. Frangista Breeze boasts several amenities for your family and friends. The first level features a foosball table and large doors open to the tropical outdoors for al fresco dining. Level three provides a view of the Gulf with an arcade machine and a balcony overlooking the surrounding area. If you crave more action, stroll a few blocks west to the world-famous Pompano Joe’s restaurant featuring a large beach entrance with bathrooms and a tiki bar. During the season, a daily setup of two beach chairs and an umbrella is provided at the private beach entrance. Our Destin properties have exceptional cleaning standards. All linens are cleaned and changed out after every guest! Home Layout: Level 1 - Queen bedroom (sleeps 2) with a bathroom that opens to the room and hallway, kitchen, living area, outdoor dining, pool, parking pads, and laundry room. Level 2 - King bedroom with twin bunk beds and a bathroom (sleeps 4), hallway bathroom, Primary King bedroom with twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), along with a bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool. Level 3 - Loft gaming room with two sets of queen bunk beds (sleeps 8) and a balcony overlooking the surrounding area and the Gulf of Mexico. The parking pad can accommodate a maximum of six standard vehicles. No boats, busses, trailers, RVs, or oversized vehicles are permitted. No street parking is allowed. \*Weddings/Events – If held on the property, an additional $500.00 event fee is required\* \*The pool heater can be turned on for an additional daily fee and must be requested at least three days before arrival. The pool can only be heated from October to May since water temperatures are very high during summer. Daily Beach setup of 2 beach chairs with umbrella setup is included and runs from March 1 - October 31\. We also provide four portable beach chairs at the house. \*Check-In – 4 PM (Central) \*Check Out – 10 AM (Central)Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Each bedroom and living room has a smart streaming TV with all major streaming channels. Bring your passwords to access channels such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc. Frangista Breeze is a non-smoking house, and smoking at the property is strictly prohibited. Spa Quality amenities include high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs max. $300 flat pet fee to be collected post-booking. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel. Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. Also, one bathroom on first floor is meant for the bedroom it is attached to. It can be locked, meaning one must scale that flight of stairs to access a restroom at times. Floorplan in listing is inaccurate; there are three full bathrooms on second floor, two are ensuite. One full bathroom on first floor. It was super clean and the second refrigerator came in handy for drinks. There was plenty of parking and lots of space for a large group. The kids loved the pool. My only suggestion would be to have a mat by the back door for people coming in and out from the pool area. Bring your own beach and pool towels as none are provided. We only wanted to check in to put our bags in at 3pm so us 15 girls didn’t have to carry luggage around so that was annoying right off the bat.Next, the air upstairs wasn’t working so it was hot when we got ready for dinner — maintenance did come that evening and fixed it.Secondly, the pool was a big reason why we got this Vrbo. Turns out the pool was 102 degrees. We asked someone to come out immediately, they did and said it would be fixed the next morning. Next morning comes around still a sauna pool. they came out again said it would be ready the next day and it never was. We could not use the pool as it was 102 degrees in 88 degree weather. This loses the value on the house ten fold. I would like back for this.Thirdly, they give us a starter kit of toilet paper for each room of two rolls. Each bathroom only had one so we went through it and asked more our extra like we should and they weren’t nice about it. Fourthly, the images on the rooms online will fool you into thinking there is another bedroom. There is not. There was also mold in the shower upstairs. Lastly, it is not a 2 min walk to the beach. It’s a 9 minutes walk since that is where our beach access is. So the listing isn’t truthful LOLFor others looking at this place, I would think twice and find another spot in the area! ##### Taylor P. Kitchen was well stocked and having a second fridge freezer was great. Unfortunately there is a lot of construction going on all around us so it was noisy. We were disappointed there was no cable tv. Just streaming. Gardeners didn’t show up for 5 weeks so we had to clean up all the tree debris around the pool area. Quite a long walk to the private access to the beach. ##### Holly S. Outdoor space and pool was awesome! Nice tropical landscaping and plenty of outdoor room to hang out and grill. Kitchen was a little small for prepping meals for a larger group but still manageable. Had an issue with the pool heater, but host and staff were outstanding getting it resolved and working for us. We really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely come back! ##### Cameron R. Only negative is they could have more essentials there so you don’t have to buy dishwasher soap and trash bags etc. could use beach towels since we are at the beach and most people fly to vacation so they wouldn’t have those with them and could use a cooler for the beach . Washing machine didn’t work as well. But with that said it’s nice we would stay again. ##### Debra O. All the sweeping could not get up sand. The first floor bedroom which I had to take because I am handicapped was very uncomfortable. The mattress should be replaced along with the sheets. The review said queen. I am pretty sure it is a full. Bad back terrible after 6 night stay. The pool has mulch around it. The mulch blows on pool so pool always dirty. Kitchen and living room set up ok. I never got to second and third floors. Could not climb steps. I thought upon my arrival that the rooms were overall dirty. Maybe the floors turned me off. I mean sand in all downstairs rooms. Including bathroom just could not get rid of it. Possibly they should have been washed because sweeping and the vacumn could not get in clean. ##### Nancy H. Short walk to the beach, private access and nice chair service. Great pool; we opted to heat during our stay and loved it! Large house; plenty of room and lots of sleeping options. Loved having access to the golf cart too! Overall clean. Property management company was VERY responsive…even on little things. Cons: kitchen minimally stocked; should have simple kitchen staples like olive oil, salt, pepper, basic spices… we had to buy. Broken pan, no cleaning supplies, etc. Towels/linens; very basic/low grade, no beach towels available (listing should reflect this). Some attention to detail is needed; deep cleaning of floors, bathroom tile, vents, etc. Overall, very nice property. Would stay again. ##### Becky F.
