This beautiful coastal home away from home offers spectacular Gulf views from the fifth-floor private balcony. The kitchen has been upgraded with new cabinets; beautiful 18” tile floors, granite countertops, custom backsplash, and has everything you need to make a terrific home-cooked meal or snacks. The living area has a sofa bed, a dining table to seat six plus two at the bar, and beautiful high-end floors throughout. There are two main bedrooms, both with warm tropical inspiration, featuring top of the line king mattresses and bedding, and beautiful dark wood West Indies style furniture, plenty of closet space, and premier tiled floors. Both bathrooms have been renovated and include new cabinets and Kohler facilities. This beach abode has free WiFi, three TVs, and three DVDs for your entertainment. With so many fine features, your family is sure to love your Beach House getaway! You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st.

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Enjoy a unique movie-going experience at New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10, three miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location is great

It was so nice to have a beach setup. We also like that both bedrooms had king beds. Most of the bad mattress moments were after we had already booked, very thankful for new mattresses.

Loved the location and the 2 king beds. Unit basically dirty: floors sandy, broken ice maker, broken toaster both upon our arrival. Fixtures and blinds haven't been dusted in YEARS! Very gross.

Needs improvement

Unit 501c need a lot of improvement, the bed is in terrible condition it is super old makes a lot of noise, it has a big dent in it and it super uncomfortable, the living room furniture is also really old and dirty, dinning room table chairs are also in bad shape, the bathroom sink was clogged with black stuff and no one every responded to my msg, the bathroom curtain and pole were dirty and rusted. Overall unit was dusty and not a good experience only thing worth it in this unit is the beach and the beach chair that you get with the unit other than that stay away.

Our visit to the beach was two-fold....Birthday Celebration and Vacay! The Beach House exceeded our expectations! The condo was clean when we arrived and looked exactly like the pictures! The view of the beach were breathtaking. We made memories to last until our next visit!

We had a clean room at a great location. We had a view of the ocean and a large balcony. The unit provided everything we needed for our stay. Beach is just amazing. I loved Destin and the Beach House. We will be back again with family and friends.

Great Location, Condo needs attention

Location is perfect. Condo was ok but lacked finishing touches. The rugs were ragged, pillows on couch had blown out stitching, there was a chunk of ceiling missing above the couch. The hot water heater couldn’t supply a single 7 minute shower leaving us taking cold ones regularly. Maintenance did come and turn the heater up which helped.

May NEVER stay here again. Need I say more. No equipment in kitchen that was really useable. Dirty floors, 2nd bed was NEVER made up with clean linens when we arrived, sinks stopped up. Not a great vacation at all.....Very disappointed

The location is ideal for enjoying Miramar Beach. The beach service is a nicety as well. The unit is nice, but not quite up to par. We have stayed at the Beach House Condominiums numerous time and thought this unit was lacking the quality and upgrades of other units, especially in the kitchen. If you are someone that wants to cook, during your stay, this unit needs some descent cooking utensils and pots and pans.

Hello, I normally do not provide reviews , but in this case I will , only because I referenced reviews to decide on my stay at the Beach House. In my review , there were some good reviews and there were some bad . However in most of the reviews , there were discussions about the location and the view and how nice it was . I can honestly say all that is true . Great location and the view was breathtaking. I was so totally relaxed for the 4 days I stayed . I totally enjoyed my stay . I would visit again , without hesitation . I could only recommend a few details in regards to the condo itself. It was very clean, however a few updated items , such as utensils are needed in kitchen . I would recommend this location to Friends and family.
