We had been at the water park all day and planned to shower and go to an early dinner. When we still had not received our code at 4pm, we called the property management company. They told us that “anytime after 4pm” didn’t mean that we could check in anytime after 4pm, but that they could call us “anytime after 4pm” to let us in. Very misleading. I asked her if that could mean they would call us to check in at 10pm, to which she responded “well I hope it’s not that late.” I’ve traveled all over the world, and never have I heard of an open-ended check in time. If I could give the service zero stars I would. I also found the condo to be under equipped with basic accessories - no hair dryer, iron, wine opener, etc. ##### Whitney H.
