Spread out in the inviting living area and unwind after a thrilling day - the smart TV allows you to stay up to date on your series, and it's also ideal for binge-watching your favorite movies. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and head to the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tiled backsplash, and a breakfast bar. It has everything you need to prepare delicious culinary masterpieces. The second-floor main suite has a spacious private sun deck, a large walk-in closet, an en suite bath with double vanity, a Whirpool tub, and a separate shower. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided from March through October. Additional beach chairs are also available for guests at the home. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Plenty of rooms and beds. Unfortunately the private pool is like a cold plunge. Even in the dead of summer it's probably as cold as one of those above ground pools without a heater. Unusable. Vacasa, the house's management company, was very rude on the phone when I called to say we were at the house 1 hour before check in and would like to get in. We had a large group of children of all ages and he said there was nothing he could do. Couldn't even call someone to the house to let us in slightly early. All Vacasa managed properties we've ever stayed at don't care about the customer, unlike places rented out by the owner, themselves. The Vacasa rep, Indian by the accent, hung up abruptly after 10 minutes of trying to trouble shoot with him. Vacasa must be the cheapest management company because I feel like so many properties are starting to take them on as managers. Rude and impersonal. Pool isn't heated unless you request it 2 days in advance of check-in and is kinda pricey in my opinion and it doesn't get very much sunlight until late afternoon to want to sit around the pool. Maravilla is a beautiful community and has 2 other pools and hot tubs along with other amenities that are available to use! This property is within a quick 2 minute walk across Scenic Gulf Drive to the private beach access! The listing stated 5 bdrm 4 bath (which this property does have) but 1 bed/bath is located in the pool house(so like a mother in law suite) We made it work with our family and friends that were staying with us, but I was expecting all 5 beds/4 baths to be in the main living quarters. All-in-all Palms Away is the perfect property fpr any family/friends who are wanting to get together to have fun in the sun on Miramar Beach! ##### Debra R. We were in town for a tennis tournament with a group of teenagers. The beds were firm. The water was hot. We really loved the ice maker and water in the door or the refrigerator since we had alot of water bottles to fill up every day. The kitchen was fully stocked with the items we needed for meals. The only disappointing part of the listing was that it was listed as a 5 bedroom / 4 bath plus the living room. We booked this location for the tennis courts on property and the space of the house. But the sheets were clean and the pool was nice. Also it was a less than 5 minute walk to the beach, I would stay here again. Also the bikes in the photo weren't on the property. Feces in the pool house shower, feces smeared on the wall in one bedroom, black mold on the wall in the dining area, pool house bedroom was unusable due to the awful mold smell. Roaches in the floor, broken tile, broken front door, the list goes on and on. Contacted property management several times to clean and no one ever showed up. Pool pump was broken and the pool was filthy so completely unusable. Did receive some refund, however should have been given a complete refund due to the hepatitis and mold exposure in the house. ##### Stephanie J.
