Step into a realm of sophistication with this elegantly designed and stunningly furnished 3 bedroom , 3.5 bath townhome. Sleeping 8 comfortably this home offers 2 bedrooms with a King size bed each, and one bedroom with bunk beds. This beautiful 3 story townhome is located at the heart of Baytowne Wharf in the Le Jardin community. Known for its French Quarter, New Orleans inspired architecture, The Le Jardin is most definitely a favorite of our Sandestin Resort guest! This beach themed unit has a spacious front patio with plenty of comfortable seating. Entering the front door, the large living room has plenty of natural lighting and a large sectional sofa. The dinning room table seats a total of 6 and includes seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The unit also includes a full kitchen with a gas stove, a wine cooler as well as stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also includes plenty of pantry space. The half bath is located directly between the 1st and 2nd floor off the staircase. Located on the second floor are two guest rooms as well as two full bathrooms. The first guest room has a twin bunk bed, and the second guest room has a king-sized bed. Each room has its own balcony entrance for your convenience! The master bedroom and bath make up the entire 3rd floor. With a king-sized bed, wood flooring and a private balcony, room is an absolute treat. The electric fireplace is perfectly placed for you to enjoy while in bed or while you relax in the large tub. The master bath is complete with his and her sinks as well as a large tub and walk-in shower. This unit is great for a family trip and is located right where all the entertainment and fun are! This is my 2nd time staying in this condo and the location still is the best one. Right next door to all the fun of Baytowne Wharf with the quiet laid back feel of the bay. The only comments we have: the chair in the living room is in need of cleaning and the bigger bedroom on the 2nd floor the mattress needs replaced. The front door doesn't feel secure when you leave and can't apply the deadbolt, in fact it appears that the front door has been broken into in the past. The front porch is on the bay side which is quiet, and the back door is a great cut-thru to get to the parking lot and pool. We were there over Memorial Day and watched the fireworks right off the top floor balcony.
