This newly remodeled home sits directly on the dunes, looking over the beach and pool. There is no waiting in line for an elevator; simply walk out your back door and onto the private beach or the pool area. We provide our guests with daily beach chair setups from March to October. Monaco Sands is conveniently located less than a mile from the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, award-winning restaurants, beachside bars, golf, family fun centers, and much more! Monaco Sands is surrounded by nature, with a beach on the south and a lake on the north. Cook your steaks or seafood on the BBQ grills located near the front door. Everything you need to renew your senses is right here. Layout: Bedroom 1 - King bed with bathroom overlooking the pool and Gulf Of Mexico. Bedroom 2 - Two full-size beds. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico throughout and has a sleeper sofa that can sleep two. The hallway between the two bedrooms has a 2nd full bathroom. Access to the unit is easy, as parking is available next to the front door. Walking out the back door leads directly to the pool area and the stairs onto the beach. Spa Quality amenities include high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to get more if needed. Check-in time is 4 PM (Central) Check-out time is 10 AM (Central) Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. We provide four beach chairs with the home. A luxury Beach Chair setup of two chairs and one umbrella is set up daily by the beach vendor from March - October, weather permitting. This property is in the gated community/resort of Huntington By The Sea and is restricted by the HOA rules and regulations. No pets or animals are allowed on the premises. Failure to follow these rules and regulations may result in fines and eviction. The laundry room is located on the 2nd level, directly above the home, and accepts credit cards for operating the machines. Each bedroom and living room has a smart streaming TV with all major streaming channels. Bring your passwords to access channels such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc. Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund. AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding! The access to the beach was perfect ! The condo was very clean and neat! If I may suggest anything that would have made our stay more comfortable it would be replacing the couch as everyone complained how uncomfortable it was. I would also suggest putting in the comments of the description for rental that the air can’t go below 72\. That was very uncomfortable. We had to go buy fans to be comfortable to sleep. We are used to our house being cooler especially at night ! We did have an incident happen while there with other tenants being very loud in the pool after it closed. They were under the influence and trashing it out! Our hearts went out to the nice lady that had to clean all that up. She was so sweet and kind to everyone everyday! A great asset ! Honestly the most clean I’ve ever stayed in, which was a huge plus. The location was great, being directly on the beach & close to all our shopping & dining needs. We had everything needed in the condo for a comfortable stay & enjoyed the beach setup of chairs & umbrella each day. The only tiny drawback for us was the couch & loveseat in the living room were a bit hard & uncomfortable for long term sitting. I will say the beds was extremely comfortable & we slept well the entire trip though. Thanks again for an amazing stay. ##### Stacey B. The condo was laid out very well and the grounds were nice. One issue we had was when we fist checked in the floors were very dirty and gritty like it hadn’t been swept or mopped. The instructions that were left for us said that the air couldn’t go below 72 degrees or the air conditioner would freeze up, luckily they had some fans. Also, some of the silverware and other dishes were dirty, we rewashed them with no problem. ##### Kendrick F. No hassle of loading in/out of vehicle to get to beach. Everything is a few seconds from your patio door. So convenient! And the view from the room is unmatched! I enjoyed the location, the chair service, the way the pool was so close by! Also it was very pretty. We had no issues with check in and security of the complex seemed great. Cons : I will say I misunderstood the listing initially about laundry. Not having laundry in our room was not ideal although it was close by but on the second floor. Also the cost for laundry was more than the room sign stated it would be. This is my bad for not understanding but def a deal breaker for me for the future. The unit itself while pretty was definitely just stocked so so. The bedding was very minimal. There weren’t dish towels in the kitchen. The hall bathroom shower pressure was not good and I wouldn’t count on anyone sleeping on the pull out couch as it was so uncomfortable. I still give the unit 4 stars and would say that if it weren’t for the laundry situation we would come back. If that’s not a deal breaker for you I think that the other things are minor inconvenience and it’s overall a good spot. ##### Christina O. The only thing we didn’t like was that it’s advertised with a washer and dryer in the condo- it’s not. It’s on the 2nd floor and you have to pay to use it.
