Looking for a large home for a Gulf getaway, work retreat, or celebration? 1858 in the Villa Lago community is the perfect place to host for all occasions. This single-family home features 2-floors of space, 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and a 6-seater golf cart for personal use! If you need ample room and high-end comfort on your next trip, this treasure is the place to be.  
  
The entire home is decked out in neutral tones with pops of coastal colors and high-end touches. You’ll see this displayed from the moment you walk into the front foyer, which is decorated from top to bottom. Follow the gorgeous hardwood floors into the open concept living area featuring a living room, dining room, and full kitchen. This culinary cook space is a chef’s dream with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and granite countertops, along with all the goodies you need.  
  
These luxuries extend to the bedrooms which you’ll find spread out over 2 floors of space. The master is located on the 2nd floor with king bed, flat screen TV, trey ceiling, and gorgeous light fixture for an elegant look, along with a private balcony that overlooks the golf course. The master also features a spa-like en suite with separate dual vanities, soaker tub, oversized walk-in shower, and separate wash room for maximum privacy. You’ll find the same high-end touches in the guest rooms, all featuring their own full bathrooms, flat screen TVs, and comfortable bedding. Two of the guest bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. The third guest bedroom is located on the 1st floor with a queen bed and full bathroom across the hall with a walk-in shower.
