If you’re looking for a quiet retreat and to be asleep before 11pm look elsewhere. The convenience to the shops and restaurants were great until the dueling pianos at Rum Runners went until 1am. But again if that’s your vibe then you’ve come to the right place - I personally was expecting something different when it states the community quiet hours start at 10pm. I also unfortunately had issues with the cleanliness. The floors were very dirty and the rest of the place was dusty. When the management company checked in on my stay and I informed them of this, they made it sound like they were going to send someone back out but I never heard from them again. ##### Lauren B.
