It is a lovely place in the heart of the Baytown village area with an adjacent golf course. Great for families who want a quaint Florida vibe mixed with a little Mayberry feel. The property itself is probably the best property we have rented in over 20 years of annual visits to Sandestin. It was clean, dry roomy and honestly while every house in the neighborhood looked great, has the best curb appeal of any of them. The wrap around patio with rocking chairs alone did it for me. Everything about the rental just worked. No issues at all and we paid for two golf carts and both worked flawlessly. Btw, the fact we had to do a very brief check off to confirm the carts worked correctly was very much appreciated. Which leads me to the property managers. Great communication from day one, mid week and check out. Very nice and attentive. You can’t go wrong here…just leave me some dates for next year!!! ##### Duane C.
