You'll be surrounded by new wall art, new throw pillows, a new sleeper sofa and chairs, and new USB wall outlets to make your stay just a little bit easier and more comfortable. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and all sorts of thoughtful updates, from the new toaster to the brand-new dishwasher. At night, you'll sleep soundly on new, hotel-quality mattresses in both bedrooms, with the primary bedroom offering a repainted bathroom and the guest bathroom featuring a new grab handle in the shower. Good thing we didn't come to stay in the condo all day and that we didn't mind to walk to the "public beach access point". Condo had a few items that needed extra cleaning attention and I don't mind that I had to do that. Tried to make sure that the cleaning crew would have nothing more than a light cleaning when we left. ##### Sandy H. Beach and restaurants were close. This unit doesn’t provide any beach accessories including beach towels…they only have the white bath towels. The private beach code was changed and we were never notified. When we had a couple other hiccups, the management was very responsive and kind….can opener did t work, batteries for tv remotes were dead, and tennis court code didn’t work, however with the quick response from management things were rectified relatively quickly. The AC was on 60 when we arrived and after switching it to 70 it quit working, luckily it wasn’t sweltering out. Property management was easy to contact and they came right out which was wonderful! Wrong code given for pool and beach gate, luckily our friends were in another condo in the building and they had the right one. Pool heater was stuck and felt more like a hot tub, not enjoyable!
