This includes the balconies. There is a designated smoking area downstairs, but smoking is not allowed in hallways, stairwell, balcony or unit. The view from the bedroom is stunning as you look out over the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There is also access to the oversized balcony from the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room features a new leather sleeper/sofa, a pair of super comfy recliners, a large flat screen LCD HDTV with DVD player. A floor to ceiling sliding glass door opens from the living room to the oversized patio and offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is fully equipped with GE Profile appliances which include a 26-square foot side by side refrigerator with filtered ice and water, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven/range and a built-in microwave. In addition, the kitchen has been fully equipped with all utensils, plates, cookware, can opener and toaster for optimum convenience.Ariel Dunes is a brand new 24 story tower that has two huge pools total over 11,000 square feet and includes several fountains with large deck areas and plush landscaping. As an added benefit, one of the pools is heated in the spring. The zero entry level pool with the "Mushroom Fountain" is great for the little ones. The resort area features an affordable 18-hole championship golf course, convenient beach access to over 2000 feet of powder white sand and emerald green water, eight tennis courts, several fresh water lakes, beach service, water sports rentals and magnificent shopping at the nearby Silver Sands Outlet Mall. It was spacious enough for our needs and proximity to the beach was perfect. Being able to look out onto the ocean each day was perfect. The communication with the owner was seamless and accounted for everything that we could have needed for an enjoyable trip. We thought this was pretty cheap of the property management company.2.) We baked bacon one morning in the oven and were perplexed that there were no pot holders provided. 3.) The lint trap in the dryer needs fixed somehow. We did two loads of laundry while there and it ruined a few items of clothing cuz they would get caught on the trap.4.) Whatever dish soap provided for hand washing dishes, didn't seem very concentrated. 5.) Lack of toilet paper. The management company left 2 rolls (one in each bathroom on the roll) and nothing more. We had a total of 6 people staying. While it is listed in the details, i just personally think there should be at least 4 rolls of toilet paper for a stay here.Overall we enjoyed our stay. View is beautiful and pools were great for my son (8) and niece (7). Beach was just a few min walk. Food was close by! We would definitely choose to stay here again! ##### April T. The sheets had not been changed on the front bedroom. The stove was nasty and looked like someone had burnt the glass top on it. There were cobwebs all under the cabinets. The glass door overlooking the Ocean had hand prints all over it, and one of the chairs on the balcony was broke. The walls were all scratched up and the curtain in the master bathroom fell off and hit me in the head when I was closing it to go to bed. The condo did have a great view. ##### Gregory S. Jul 31, 2021 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness #### Needs a Thorough Cleaning and Update Our family has stayed at Ariel Dunes three previous visits in varying condos and I would rank this the lowest on the list. The unit was very outdated and in need of a deep clean. Most of the appliances and furniture need to be updated and the kitchen was lacking many necessities that you would expect in a condo. Several articles of clothing were damaged beyond repair by the dryer and the freezer was covered in frost buildup. There were layers of dust accumulated on the air vents and overall the unit just felt grimy. Ariel Dunes as a whole is wonderful, with great pools and convenient beach access. The only thing missing in the condo were clothing hangers. They had a total of four hangers for a 2 bedroom condo. The view is incredible and I would stay there again.
