With 4 golf courses, tennis center, biking trails, the beach, the bay, a marina, restaurants, family activities, movie theater, and even a Publix. Everything is accessible by walking, biking, or on golf carts. Multiple pools, bike, boat, and paddle board rentals, and weekly shows including fireworks during peak season make Sandestin the number one vacation retreat in the area! It was our small family (us/2 kids) and another small family (2 adults/2 kids); Booking we weren't sure how the layout would be but it worked perfectly for us. The bedrooms upstairs were great, spacious and each had their own private bathrooms. There were cots/couches for the kids. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The location was awesome and the golf cart was a nice bonus! We were able to drive to the beach, dinner, activities with ease (especially nice having small children). David and his wife were great. They gave us a guide of the location and entertainment/dining ideas which we appreciated. We had a hiccup when one of the kids tried to "unlock" the door and got us stuck.
