Welcome to Coco Cabana, a charming 3-bedroom retreat tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in Destin.   
  
Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Just a short walk to Choctawhatchee Bay and minutes from the white-sand beaches of Miramar, this single-story home offers the perfect mix of privacy and proximity. Enjoy a split floor plan, open deck, and nearby parks, shops, and restaurants— great for families, couples, and small groups seeking an authentic Emerald Coast escape.  
  
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental is perfectly positioned in a secluded street, offering guests a peaceful home base just moments from the water. With a thoughtful single-story layout and a split-bedroom floor plan, Coco Cabana offers a laid-back coastal vibe that comfortably suits families or couples. The interior features a mix of tile and carpet flooring, central A/C, and plenty of natural light throughout.  
  
The master bedroom offers a restful escape with its own ensuite bathroom and convenient access to the backyard. Two additional guest bedrooms share a hallway and a separate full bathroom, providing flexibility for kids, couples, or additional friends. The open-concept living area includes a cozy seating area, TV, and direct access to the outdoor deck—ideal for evening relaxation or morning coffee.  
  
In the kitchen, guests will find everything needed for a seamless stay, including a full-size refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Guests have access to a private driveway with space for up to two vehicles, as well as a single-car garage for additional parking or storage. Please do not block the cul-de-sac or neighboring driveways at any time. Street parking is not permitted. All vehicles must remain on paved surfaces.

Other details to note:   
  
Please bag all trash before putting waste in the garbage can. Garbage pick-up occurs on X and X mornings, usually between 7 and 9am. We appreciate your help in taking the bin to the street on X and X evenings and returning it to the house after the garbage service is complete, as trash cans must remain in their allocated area whenever it isn’t a trash collection day.   
  
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!  
  
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.  
  
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
