This single-story home features a bright open layout, full kitchen, cozy living area, and private deck for relaxing outdoors. With garage and driveway parking, nearby parks, and quick access to local shops, restaurants, and beaches, Coco Cabana is the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.  
  
Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Two additional guest bedrooms share a hallway and a separate full bathroom, providing flexibility for kids, couples, or additional friends. Guests have access to a private driveway with space for up to two vehicles, as well as a single-car garage for additional parking or storage. Please do not block the cul-de-sac or neighboring driveways at any time. Street parking is not permitted. All vehicles must remain on paved surfaces.

Please bag all trash before putting waste in the garbage can. Garbage pick-up occurs on X and X mornings, usually between 7 and 9am. We appreciate your help in taking the bin to the street on X and X evenings and returning it to the house after the garbage service is complete, as trash cans must remain in their allocated area whenever it isn't a trash collection day.   
  
Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!  
  
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
