Greg’s place was excellent for our small family of three. From the beginning he was very communicative and we felt that he genuinely cared about us having a great stay. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed.The place was spotless, and the bedroom was spacious enough for a pack-n-play. The golf cart was an added bonus! Beach access was easy and not overly crowded. We also enjoyed the new heated pool at the resort. If you’re looking for a vacation near the beach and enjoy the 30A area, this is your spot! Very convenient to beach and Baytowne wharf!! Golf cart made it very easy to get around. Greg was the best host and very responsive to any questions I had.
