We took the golf carts to the grocery store, restaurants, and to the beach. You have access to the beach via a tunnel that runs under 98 and can avoid the traffic. My only issue with staying at the resort is that the beach area was WAY to crowded. 2 days we went to Henderson State Park, and it was awesome! There was plenty of space for all of us and the golf carts included were an amazing perk! Free tickets to various excursions really added to a great vacation. The complex where this house is located has everything you will need. We never left the complex (except to grocery shop) because there were pools, entertainment, restaurants, and much more very close by. The house was perfect and location was great! We were 2 minutes from the beach tunnel! The weather was fantastic and water crystal clear! Communication was top notch. The only suggestion would be golf cart upgrades. But they work perfectly. Just a little slower and die fairly quick. Jul 8, 2025 #### Recent Stay We stayed at Miramar Beach Florida house. They went above and beyond our expectations. The house was very clean. They were very responsive. Anytime I sent them a message they would reply in minutes. We also had an issue with an Amazon package being delivered. The package ended up getting lost but staff members were ABOVE AND BEYOND helping locate the package! They even walked around the whole neighborhood looking for it. This to me shows that they were dedicated in to helping make our stay the best. We have stayed with many different companies but they are by far the BEST with being the most communicative, clean, and helpful. I would recommend anyone to stay with them!!!! ##### Kourtni J. Feb 18, 2023 #### Renters We spent two months here at the beginning of 2023 , the place is huge you can seat 9 people comfortably at the breakfast bar . There is a large screen tv in each of the three bedrooms and one in each of the two seating areas. The children will love the bunk room. The home is clean and very well equipped the decor is very pleasant.The full time neighbours are so friendly and very helpfully if you need any info . The check in is a breeze all done by text or email , the management company is quick to respond to even the smallest request we will return for sure . ##### Doug S. Golf carts were a huge plus for our family! Short ride to beach, courts, pool, shopping and restaurants if you choose to stay in the area. Only complaints is all doors got jammed when closing and opening in house but it was addressed and maybe next visitors won’t have that issue. Also on the listing under location type it states it has water view or water front. It does not! You can’t tell from pics.
