With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 8 guests, this beautifully updated home is ideal for family getaways or group retreats. Highlights include a private pool, furnished poolside patio, two golf carts, and scenic views from the back deck. Located just steps from resort walking paths and only 0.1 miles from the new community pool, this home puts relaxation and recreation at your fingertips. Linkside is located in the heart of The Resort just minutes from Jolee Island, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, Baytowne Marina, Grand Boulevard, and all the amazing amenities The Resort has to offer! In addition to seven miles of beach and bay frontage, The Resort includes 4 championship golf courses, 14 tennis courts, hiking, fishing, kayaking, boogie boarding, miniature golf, fabulous restaurants, unique shopping, and more!

A shared hallway bathroom includes a tub/shower combo for added convenience.  
  
594 Linkside Drive is just a quick 8-minute golf cart ride from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf. Guests have access to two golf carts, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, keyless entry, and a full-size washer and dryer.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home, great location, wonderful access to everything with included golf carts. My only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom was really worn down, my back was hurting after a few days and we stayed for a week. I slept on the couch 3 nights because it was more comfortable. Easy fix in my opinion. Would have loved a heated pool because we stayed in Octobe, the kids got in but I didn’t. Lately, the rental needs sprayed we came across several cockroaches, wet killed then and moved on, another easy fix!
