The Space: Awesome gulf views, private beach entrance, heated pool, tennis, pickle ball This beautifully remodeled coastal condo features amazing Gulf views and is only a few hundred feet from the gorgeous white sand beaches and emerald waters in Miramar Beach! The Ciboney community offers amenities including a private beach, a seasonally heated swimming pool, 2 tennis courts with lighting, an outdoor grilling station, and an outdoor rinse-off area. \~ THE PROPERTY \~ Ciboney 3008 is an ocean view 3rd floor condo that has been updated with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, new coastal furnishings, beachy chic decor designed by local artists and new flooring! The living room features a flat screen TV, a sofa sleeper and a private balcony with breathtaking emerald gulf views. The open concept dining and kitchen area has table seating for 6 and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware for all of your dining needs. Ciboney 3008 offers a Keurig coffee maker, a standard drip coffee maker, a dual slice toaster, and a blender for a fabulous tropical drink after your long day at the beach. The master king suite is a true retreat with its ocean view master balcony, wall mounted flat screen TV and brand new remodeled en-suite bathroom featuring a large six drawer vanity and custom coastal tiled shower with mosaic floor and glass door. The guest queen bedroom also offers a flat screen TV and access to the adjoining hall bathroom. Down the hall is a bunk room area with a twin over twin bunk bed set. With only a short walk to the gated private beach access, a perfect location for waking up to ocean views every morning, Ciboney 3008 should be your destination for the best beach vacation! \~ THE AREA \~ Ciboney 3008 is located off Scenic Highway 98, the original beach cruising spot in South Walton, Miramar Beach and the Destin area. This road offers a side paved path is perfect for biking, jogging, or a wonderful beachside stroll. The path runs right across from the gulf offering expansive views of the coastline. The world-famous Pompano Joe's Restaurant, where you can get the freshest fish and a tropical drink right on the beach, is directly across the street. Jet ski, parasailing, banana boat rides and paddle board rentals are located on the beach. There are always extra special excursions you can book such as deep sea fishing or pontoon boat rentals for crab island.
