Each week we had 1 of our 3 adult children & their spouse's & 4 of our 8 grandkids. Everyone enjoyed the location and comforts of the home. Nice having a private pool for the use of the neighborhood we were in. Also loved having a washer & dryer to use as well as airconditioning and a grill in the backyard. When we arrived the trash outside was overflowing, none of the four TVs were working, the internet wasn’t working, there were multiple cockroaches roaming all around the house and we got bed bug bites from all of the beds. Regular beds were good, pull oit couch was horrible, not even usable. This what I feel needs to be improved, there were only 3 regular drinking glasses for a group of 10, 2 dishwashing machine tablets, 2 trash bags, no extra blankets, just sheets, garage door didn't work right, most of the time it wouldn't close. Back door that goes out back does not latch, wr had to keep it dead bolted and if anyone used it, it would swing open and not latch when you shut it. Only one TV would work that had matching remotes, (in main bedroom). Remotes didnt match any tv's and when i checked batteries, they were corroded ##### Cheryl C. Make sure you bring trash bags and tissue because we had tissue in 2 bathrooms but not in the bathroom by the kitchen. The back door from the kitchen is hard to lock. The guy that lives in the community came and got us out the pool because he said we were suppose to be out by dust dark, not 10 as told. The space was more than enough for my family. The owner asked us to remove our shoes at the door,, which we did, but after a half hour we noticed the bottom of our feet were black. There were no cleaning supplies provided. A spray bottle of cleaner would be a good idea so renters can clean up after themselves. Also, possibly leave more than 1 dishwasher tab. We ended up cramming all our dishes into one load. The rug under the table was lifted and caused a trip possibility. When we arrived the garage door opener in the garage was taken apart, with the pieces still there. I put it back together, but the garage door went up and down on its own. This is a safety issue, as it could go up in the middle of the night. All that said, we did enjoy our stay. The beds were super comfy, all appliances worked well. The location was awesome, close to the beach and to restaurants. ##### Ann J. Jul 14, 2023 #### Many things need improved While we made the best of it there are some things that need some attention to this property. I have stayed at many many Vacasa/airb&b/VRBO properties and by far was extremely disappointed with this one. There were zero trash bags for the kitchen trash, no dish soap or hang soap anywhere. The back door only stayed closed if it’s kept locked with the deadbolt. Was left only 1 roll of paper towels. I understand a lot of people might not cook in house much while on vacation but we do and it was very frustrating that the knives are so dull they are a safety hazard. Just be prepared to bring anything and everything you would need to cook like seasonings, knives, ect. Was just a very empty property. Bed are very comfortable and showers get hot! There are about 5 beach chairs so no need to bring those! We made it work. It there are some things that could be done better by property management. However upon arrival we noticed the sheets had not been put on the beds but just placed beside them as if the cleaner forgot. Also the countertops and tables had not been cleaned because there was a few spots and several drink rings. I did like that they requested everyone remove their shoes at the door but the fact that or feet/socks turned black from walking in the dirty floors was a bit of a letdown. That’s why I would say A for price but D for cleanliness. Oh and the garage was a huge plus as we planned on parking in it and keeping our leather seats out of the sun but the garage door was broken and when the maintenance man came by (no advance call given) he said “I told them this thing needed replaced and all they did was unstick the button. Now I have to submit for it to get replaced again.” Little crappy that wasn’t repaired prior to our arrival but I guess you get what you pay for. ##### Bradley B. The furniture and rug floors have seen their life and felt gross - needs to be updated. Living room wall is all scraped up. Coffee maker didn’t work. Microwave handle is broke off (although we were told it’ll be fixed soon). Dining table in photos really only have 3 chairs. Barstools are wobbly and feel like they are about to break. Outdoor furniture and grill was filthy. Washer/dryer are in the garage and are well used. Homeowner needs to put a little $$ into this rental. We also arrived at 8:30 am and keypad wasn’t activated until exactly 4 pm. We called to see if we could get in early and were told homeowner doesn’t allow early checkin. Nov 5, 2022 #### Nice house but need a little upgrades very nice a equipped home, perfect for big families, but one bedroom beds were no so good, the house needs a little more updates on mattresses, the front door lock was messed up so we had to leave, and the front door were open so I had to cAll to get it fixed, the house needed to be a little bit more cleaned. The pool was so small and it was close at 8:00 pm even though it was supposed to close at 9, and they not allowed more than 10 people inside, the pool was so small, we did not enjoy it all. You can walk to the beach with out problem. The gas grill was out of propane and very dirty. The fridge did not cool enough. But overall it was a nice stay, ##### geomar m.
