With two living areas, a private balcony, community pool, and direct beach access just across the street, this home is perfect for families and groups. Sleeps 8 with 4 beds plus a sleeper sofa, and includes a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining, and pet-friendly accommodations. Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. About the Vacation Rental Unit: This spacious 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhome is the ideal Gulf-view getaway in Miramar Beach. This unit is located on the first floor of the right-hand building when facing the beach. Fully updated with modern finishes, the home features new granite countertops in the kitchen, baths, and wet bar, as well as updated appliances, tile, and fresh paint. The open concept living area on the second floor is designed to maximize water views, with a 50" HDTV, DVD player, and comfortable seating. A secondary living space on the first floor provides extra room to relax, making it a great choice for families or groups. Enjoy the sunshine from the private covered patio or take in Gulf breezes from your balcony. Thoughtful touches like books, board games, a pack ’n play, children’s dinnerware, and baby safety gates make it easy for families to feel right at home. Beach essentials, including chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, blanket, and snorkeling gear, are provided. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features: Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom Guest Bedroom: 2 Queens beds Common Area Sleeping Arrangements: Pullout Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room 2 full bathrooms (shower/tub combo) Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.) The townhome is tastefully updated with bright coastal décor, mirrored walls, and comfortable furnishings. With two living spaces, a fully stocked kitchen, and a wet bar, the home is well-suited for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying family time. A washer and dryer are available for your use, conveniently located in the main floor hallway. This vacation home is part of a pet-friendly, gated community with a heated pool and easy access to the beach. Guests love the convenience of being able to walk to nearby restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee spots, and local shopping. For days on the sand, the unit is stocked with beach chairs, a cooler, toys, and floats—everything you need for a fun and relaxing seaside stay. Parking: Parking is assigned at Blue Surf Townhomes. Guests will have access to 2 assigned yellow parking spaces: #18A and #18B. A parking tag must be displayed on the rearview mirror of your vehicle at all times while parked on the property. Failure to display a tag may result in your vehicle being ticketed or towed at the owner’s expense. If a tag is lost, stolen, or not returned at checkout, a $25 replacement fee per tag will be charged to the reservation on file. Please note: RVs, trailers, and overflow parking are not permitted within the community. Nestled directly across from the Gulf of Mexico, the neighborhood offers a relaxed coastal atmosphere with convenient access to dining, shopping, and outdoor activities. Guests can enjoy the community pool just steps from the unit, along with a clubhouse, grilling area, and shuffleboard. The property also features covered patios, scenic views, and lush surroundings for a comfortable and inviting stay. The prime location means you’re only a short walk across Scenic Gulf Drive to the beach and just minutes from local favorites like Pompano Joe’s, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard, and the shops and dining of Destin Commons. Pet Policies: Pets are welcome. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring a pet. Up to 3 pets are allowed per stay, each weighing 60 lbs. or less. Pets must remain on a leash while outside. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and removing all pet items before departure. Other details to note: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external security camera located at the front entrance (Ring doorbell). An outdoor storage area with beach supplies (chairs, cooler, toys, and floats) is available for your use during your stay. Trash Instructions: Please empty all trash, including any items from the pantry and refrigerator, before departure. A community dumpster is located in the far-right corner of the complex.
