This property is in a quiet townhouse neighborhood just steps away from the ocean. You can actually hear the sound of waves hitting the beach when you wake up in the morning. It has a new 58 in smart TV, fast WiFi and 2 bedrooms with an oversized bathroom and two vanities. Nice outdoor patio area for entertaining guests or listening to the sound of the ocean. Fully remodeled Kitchen has all the appliances and accessories required for cooking or enjoy one of the many great restaurants nearby such as whales tale, surf hut, royal palm, the Beach Bar and others. HOWEVER, first off, the check in process was weird. We had to wait on the owners to send us the the door code & house number personally through VRBO chat rather than getting it in our reservation email the morning of our arrival date. The communication was alright at first, until time to check in & we weren’t getting any response through the VRBO direct chat after multiple attempts so we had to search to find a phone number to call & it ended up being 30 minutes past our check in time when we finally got ahold of the owner for the door code & house number. Second, the day of checkout the owners show up 45 minutes before our check out time & just casually starts unloading their car & moving into the house before we were even out of it, that was also weird & disrespectful. ##### Michelle W. My son and his girlfriend are working in the area this summer and I wanted to come visit. We had a great four days at this property. Super close to the beach. Two story townhouse and you can see the beach from the upstairs balcony. Super quiet neighborhood and well stocked kitchen for meals. Close to the grocery too! Had a beach canopy which was awesome! Bedrooms are huge! Plenty of space. I am not a high rise kind of girl, who wants to go to beach and have the stress of a big city environment? Host was very responsive and available. Could not use spicket on patio to wash beach sand off, knob gone and no pliers to use it. Not emaculent. However did have beach chairs and towels that could be used on beach. Bed comfortable. Very close to the beach. Family friendly We were able to check in early which was awesome because as soon as we got there we unloaded and went straight to the beach, which is with in walking distance.The condo was clean, has nice tvs and cold air conditioning. The grill came in handy when we wanted to cook out. My sister and her family were staying a mile from us, the condo is big enough to have family or friends over for meals or drinks. We had a fun experience at the beach and a nice stay in the condo. ##### K T.
