This is the largest 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo layout within Luau and it is on the second floor so you don't even have to wait on the elevators (one flight of stairs up from the ground floor). It will comfortably sleep two people but can accommodate up to four. It has a King bed as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need to prepare the day’s meals (including all appliances, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, small appliances, full-sized electric range with a 4 burner cook top, full sized microwave oven, full sized refrigerator/freezer with automatic icemaker, dishwasher, etc). There is a washer/drier in the room, and additional coin operated washers and dryers are located in the laundry room on the ground floor of the building. The private balcony is just the perfect location to enjoy a breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
