Beachwalk Breeze is a serene lakeside retreat, nestled on one of the most tranquil streets in Sandestin. The kitchen boasts lake views, stone countertops, and bar seating, perfect for entertaining. Relax in the spacious living area, which seamlessly flows into the back patio, where you can unwind while enjoying tranquil lake views. The neighborhood pool is seasonally heated. Home Layout: Level 1- Sleeps 4 Front Porch with Gas Grill | Open Kitchen and Living Area King Bedroom with En Suite Bathroom (sleeps 2) Queen Bedroom Overlooking the Lake (sleeps 2) | Hallway Bathroom Laundry Room | Back Porch with Lake Views Level 2- Sleeps 8 Living Area with One Twin Bed and Sleeper Sofa (sleeps 3) Lake View King Bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a tub and shower (sleeps 2) Bedroom with Two Full-Size Beds and Bathroom featuring a tub and shower (sleeps 4) This unit has TWO allotted parking spaces. Parking spaces are available at the property and throughout the neighborhood, but only two vehicles are allowed per reservation. No additional vehicles are permitted at the property. Any additional vehicles or unlawful parking will result in fines or towing, for which guests are responsible. No RVs, trailers, buses, or oversized vehicles are allowed. The Beachwalk neighborhood is located within the private resort of Sandestin, featuring 24/7 gate security, beach access, shopping, restaurants, and more. Spa-quality amenities are provided, including high-thread-count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, paper towels, shampoo, trash bags, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to purchase more items as needed. AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying is not allowed. The listing states the house does not come with a golf cart, but we were told we could rent one and it would be delivered. We were given the name of the rental place that would give us 10% discount. This was told to me before we booked. I didn’t rent it early because I was not sure how far the beach was. The listing says a 3 minute walk. Once we arrived and realized the beach was at least a 15 minute walk we decided to rent a golf cart. I contacted the rental place only to find out they don’t service the address we were staying at. I reached out to VRBO and was told they were sorry for the miscommunication. I requested a refund so we could move to a location closer to the beach and was told the property manager would not refund me. I understand the refund policy but this was rented to me with false information and I feel they should have made an exception. Just beware that golf carts are not rentable for this house. Book one that has it included. If you don’t mind loading your vehicle each day to go to the beach this house would work for you. We had a baby with us and not being able to walk back and forth to the beach or at least have a golf cart was very inconvenient for us. We will not rent this place again. ##### Pam C. Plenty of room for 9 of us and no issues with bathrooms or sleeping quarters. Love the location with the shops very close by and we knew the beach access was close. Great amenities in terms of cookware, gas grill, washer/dryer, etc. Would definitely repeat our stay. Only suggestions:\*ditch the custom stereo/cabinet setup - 3 remotes and directions on cabinet don’t match anything. We figured it out, could be easier. \* the mini fridge in the laundry room was plugged in and turned on, but doesn’t work. Great idea for extra drink hold space, but needs replaced.
