Pictures make it look bigger than it is. The noise with the a/c, washer and dryer, dishwasher and the fan in the master bathroom was very annoying. The condo has a pretty nice view of the beach and is comfortable and clean. We ate out for all meals so I can’t comment on the kitchen amenities other than the fridge and coffee maker worked well (I wish there was a keurig tho). We really enjoyed our stay in your lovely condo! Beautiful view of The Gulf! The condo was clean and decorated very well. All of the furniture is like new with comfortable beds. We had turn small maintenance issues which were addressed very promptly and professionally. Management was just a call away! We love the location to The Wharf and Destin Commons. Also, nice to feel secure in the gated community which is impeccably landscaped and maintained. The pool is large and also very well maintained. The security officer is very cordial and vigilant. The pool is really nice, I loved that it was heated as a few of the days of our stay it would have been uncomfortable to swim if it wasn’t. 5-10 mins from all the shopping and restaurants.
