We had one minor problem, we received communication from the office promptly and the issue was resolved quickly by a personal visit from one of the office employees. The property is a little older, but that is a plus if you like smaller buildings with less noise and distractions. The newer buildings are the huge towers with large crowds and you can get lost in the shuffle with no personal touch. We appreciate the constant communication we received. The only negative is that the beach access has several steps that made it difficult to take my beach cart down to the beach when I wanted to fish. The bathroom is definitely on the smaller side and suggest that putting in curved shower curtains and a detachable shower head as to rinse off and such. The carpet was gross in the bedroom. The tv was setting so low you could not see over your feet in the bed. the place had a smell when you walk in.
