Beach Daze is a quiet four bedroom home tucked away in the Sandpiper Village neighborhood on the Bayside of the Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort. It offers a large back yard with beautiful fountain views. It’s four bedroom three bathroom layout is great for families with all bedrooms on the second floor. With the beach about a mile away, we offer two golf carts for a quick and fun ride for everyone! Highlights of the home are listed below: \* Two four-seater golf carts included \* Sleeps 12 in beds, most comfortable with a max of 6-8 adults and children \* Parking available for two cars \* 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach, with ample parking \* Oversized backyard overlooking the pond with opportunities fish or feed the ducks and turtles \* Access to two heated pools, both with a zero entry and both less than a five minute ride away! \* Access to the Sandestin Fitness Center (a five minute walk) or Grand Fitness (five minute ride) (Fees apply) \* Access to three beautiful golf courses within Sandestin, The Links Golf Club, The Baytowne Golf Club, and the Raven Golf Club. Tee times can be booked online (Fees apply) \* Great fishing opportunities in the lakes within Sandestin, the bay, or even off the beach! Please note this property gets regular pest control treatments as part of the neighborhood HOA. We have several properties nearby, so let us know what you are looking for and we can help you find the right home! Guests have access to the Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort beach, two pools, restaurants, bars, golf courses, tennis courts, basketball courts, miniature golf, and shops all within the resort and accessible on a golf cart. The resort includes the Village of Baytowne Wharf which has lots of activities for the whole family including live music, playgrounds, ropes course, zip-line, restaurants, bars, and shopping. The grocery store, liquor store, gym, movie theater, more restaurants, and shops are just outside the resort at Grand Boulevard and accessible by the golf cart. You can't go wrong with this place! Check-in: 4:00pm Check-out: 10:00am Early check-in and late check-out is not available during busy season (May through August). Early check-in and late check-out is based on availability during the off-season. Decor is lovely, and Sandestin was fantastic. The beach is pretty crowded but I guess that is to be expected. Golf carts are a must there and really added to the fun. We had some problems the first weekend but I understood the difficulties and things happen. The host was responsive to the problems and the problem was fixed by Monday (hard to get it fixed on the weekend which was understandable.) We loved the high quality beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels that were provided. Also boogie boards and sand toys! The yard & pond were beautiful and the kids had fun fishing & catching turtles and frogs (no wild life was harmed 😂). Communication was A+….We got a very quick response from owner on a slight issue with the dryer. The kitchen was a bit small for our family but was sufficient and well-prepped with tons of dishes, pots & pans! We arrived a little early and they allowed us to check in an hour early which was nice for our two kiddos who were couped up in the car for the five hour drive. The house was big enough for our family of 10\. The location had easy access to the beach, the wharf with all the cute shops and restaurants, and a quick ride on one of the golf carts to the grocery store. The backyard outdoor area was nice for the kids to play and they were able to fish (catch and release) in the pond. The house had plenty of kitchen utensils to be able to cook there.
